1. Eligibility

  • By registering a Nordiqo account, you confirm compliance with applicable national and provincial laws.

2. Services Provided

The Nordiqo platform offers:

  • Access to analytical tools, demo accounts, and automated trading solutions.

  • Connection to licensed international brokers and regulated liquidity providers.

While many users report investment growth exceeding 200%, all markets carry risk, and returns are not guaranteed.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Nordiqo Canada, you agree to:

9. Governing Law

These Terms follow Canadian and Ontario laws. Any legal problems will be settled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
